What is TechFlare

Undergraduates of Batch 18, Faculty of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa are at the doorstep of the IT industry with the expectations of growing into giants. With the intention of making an opportunity to showcase their capabilities and explore the nooks and corners of the industry, TechFlare unveils itself as a better platform. Undergraduates of batch 18 hold excellent academic records simultaneous to the extracurricular activities they engage in. So, this program will be another fascinating experience that allows them to glaze over their technical skills, team feeling, time management, and adherence to the work environment of the industry. This project will let the undergraduates complete a hands-on project under the supervision of a mentor and a proper evaluation of their abilities. The group members get the opportunity to follow an appropriate software development method and experience the responsibility of a project until it winds up successfully. Among the many projects assigned and evaluated by academic staff, this project will let the students cooperate with developers from the industry. TechFlare will be one of their initial steps of the journey to be talented developers in the industry.
